The second batch of the Professional Development Training Program for female teaching faculty commenced with an official inauguration ceremony on September 29, 2025 , marking the beginning of an intensive 12-day training program, which successfully concluded on October 11, 2025.

The training was organized by the Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT) with the objective of enhancing pedagogical skills, professional competence, and leadership qualities among female faculty members serving in BS programs across the province. The program offered a comprehensive curriculum covering modern teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, research techniques, classroom management, and the integration of technology in education.
