A defence thesis of  BS Mathematics was conducted on 13th Nov 2025 to evaluate the student’s research work, presentation skills, and understanding of the study. Under the supervision of Dr Naheed Abdullah , Ms Fouzia and Ms Aneela Anwer, the students presented the background, objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusion in a clear and organized manner.

 Madam Sana Jaffar lecturer in mathematics from UoB was the external examiner,who appreciated the relevance of the study and the quality of analysis. She asked questions related to the theoretical framework and practical implications, to which the students responded confidently and satisfactorily.

The examiner expressed appreciation for the student’s hard work and dedication throughout the research process. She commended the clarity of the presentation, the depth of understanding shown during the defence, and the student’s confident responses to all questions. 

Principal Prof Saadia Farooqi acknowledged the quality and relevance of the research, highlighting that the study reflected strong analytical skills and consistent effort. She encouraged the students to continue pursuing academic excellence and praised the successful completion of the thesis. 

The Mathematics Department thanked Vice Principal Prof Razia M.Shahi,Controller examination Prof Uzma Aziz and BS coordinator Dr Gulnaz Rasheed for their continuous guidance and support.
