Thesis Defence Viva – BS Botany (Session 2021–2025)

The Thesis Defence Viva of the BS Botany 8th Semester (Session 2021–2025) scholars of Government Girls Post Graduate College, Quetta Cantt stood as a proud testament to academic excellence and scientific spirit. Held at the Department of Botany, the session brought together research, reflection, and recognition in a graceful display of scholarly achievement. A total of ten devoted scholars presented and defended their research, each project echoing months of dedication, perseverance, and intellectual curiosity.
 
The young researchers carried out their research work under the supervision of _Mrs. Hameeda Jabeen, Ms. Rukhsana Salam, Ms. Fatima Ahmadzai, and Mrs. Tabassum Lal_ whose mentorship illuminated the path of inquiry and discovery. The session was enriched by the presence of the external examiner, *Dr. Ayesha Masood* from the Department of Botany, University of Balochistan, whose discerning evaluation and thoughtful feedback added depth and academic grace to the proceedings.
 
The defence session was efficiently managed by Mrs. Aliya Bano, Head of the Department of Botany and her team. Their consistent efforts in coordinating the research process and strengthening the overall research framework of the department were highly acknowledged and appreciated.
 
Principal Prof. Sadia Farooqi graced the session with BS Coordinator Mam Gulnaz Rasheed and expressed her admiration for the impressive standard of research conducted by the students. She praised the tireless devotion of the supervisors and acknowledged the pivotal role of the Head of Department in cultivating an environment where science thrives.
 
The faculty members of the Department of Botany extended their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ayesha Masood_ for her expert assessment and enriching feedback, and to Principal Prof. Sadia Farooqi for her constant guidance, vision, and unwavering support in advancing the cause of academic excellence and scientific research within the institution.
 
The event concluded on a note of pride and inspiration  a celebration of hard work, mentorship, and the enduring pursuit of knowledge.
