The college proudly announces the remarkable achievement of BS Botany student Ayesha Ifthikhar, whose research paper has been successfully published.
Principal of Government Girls Postgraduate College Quetta Cantt, Prof. Madam Sadia Farooqi, extended her heartfelt congratulations to Ayesha Ifthikhar (Session 2017–2021) and her supervisor Prof. Rukhsana Salam for their outstanding accomplishment.

The research paper, titled “Comparative Phytochemical Screening of Mentha Piperita Leaves Extracted with Different Solvents,” was published on 29th September 2025. Ayesha has made history as the first BS student of the college to publish a research paper, setting a new milestone for academic excellence.
