Laptop Distribution Ceremony... A step towards Empowering Technology

Government Girls Postgraduate College, Quetta Cantt, celebrated a significant milestone today with the successful conclusion of its laptop distribution ceremony.
 
A total of 500 laptops, pledged by the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan Bugti, were distributed among deserving students and faculty members.
 
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Ms. Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, Minister of Education for Balochistan. She was accompanied by Prof. Muhammad Hussain Baloch, Director of Colleges and Higher Education, and Prof. Saeeda Niaz, Joint Director of Colleges and Higher Education.
 
In her address, Minister Durrani commended the efforts of the college Principal, Prof. Sadia Farooqi. She emphasized the critical importance of advanced technology and digital tools for the enhancement of education in Balochistan.
 
Today’s ceremony is another feather in the cap of Principal Prof. Sadia Farooqi, who has transformed the college and its academic environment in a very short span of time. It is through her dedicated efforts that a promise was successfully turned into a reality.
 
In her address, Prof. Farooqi congratulated the recipients and appreciated the hard work of her staff, faculty, and students.
 
The ceremony was a resounding success and stands as a testament to the commitment of Government Girls Postgraduate College, Quetta Cantt, to empowering women through education.
