On May 3rd, 2025, the Honorable Principal Madam Sadia Farooqui presided over a Flower Exhibition at Govt. Girls Post Graduate College Quetta Cantt.

The event was inaugurated by Honourable Madam Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, Minister of Education. The worthy Minister praised the creativity of the Professors and students under the guidance of the worthy Principal. The occasion was attended by Joint Director Colleges, Madam Saeeda Niaz & Principals of Girls’ Colleges of Quetta invited as special guests. They all appreciated the efforts of the organisers under the supervision of the worthy Principal.

Dr. Mehwish Shahzad, Ms. Robia Erum, Ms. Sajida Rasheed, and Ms. Naeem, judges from SBK Women’s University’s Oasis of Roses and Fine Arts Department, did an excellent job by evaluating the given categories of fresh flower & poster competition.

The event was organized by Botany Department under the guidance & supervision of Honourable Principal, Madam Sadia Farooqui and Mrs. Aliya Bano, the HOD of Botany Department.

Faculty members and students participated in the following categories: Fresh Flower Arrangements and Poster Competition. Class four also took part in the category of fresh flower arrangement. Students & Class four received cash prizes in addition to consolation prizes. Students were also given certificates. Prizes & consolation were also given to Faculty members. The arrangements & ambience of the event were appreciated by the worthy chief guest & other guests
