First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is a unique financial institution and the only bank in Pakistan with a mandate to serve the financial and business needs of women. Established on 23rd November 1989, FWBL provides women with easy access to credit and enterprise development opportunities.

In 2015, FWBL set up its first booth at Govt. Girls Degree College Quetta Cantt, aiming to facilitate employees and students by offering convenient banking services and financial support within the college premises. The Government of Pakistan holds the majority shareholding in FWBL, reflecting its commitment to women’s empowerment.

The booth is led by Ms. Uzma Naqvi, Vice President of First Women Bank Limited, who holds an M.Com (Honors) degree and brings 25 years of banking experience to the institution.
