Today on 25th August, A meeting of the College Faculty Semester Monitoring Board was held under the chairman ship of Principal Prof. Sadia Farooqi at Govt Girls PostGraduate College QUETTA Cantt. Main agenda of the Board to discuss the matter pertaining academic performance of BS first semester (2024-2028). All the Head of the BS Departments were present with their relevant records. Vice principals, Dr. Humaira Sadozai and Prof. Razia Shahi, Controller Examination, Prof. Uzma Aziz and BS Coordinator, Prof. Gulnaz Rasheed participated in detail discussion of the agenda and following decision were made: 1. Dropped out students of the first semester may be granted one additional chance provided only those who scored 0.85 GPA. And had genuine medical/ domestic problems, duly verified with supporting documents. 2. In each case , DAC will first examine the students request , than record its decision in formal minutes and attach with students file. 3. Only with DAC’ s endorsement, the students will be allowed for re-examination. Board emphasised that this provision is exceptional in nature and should not be treated as a routine relaxation.
