DigiBizz Freelancing Program is a project of Government of Balochistan with a vision to invest in capacity development of the youth of Balochistan. This program will help in improving the technical and professional skills of youth by providing them with state of the art Information Communication Technology trainings, Freelancing trainings and e-Business opportunities.
Pakistan is globally ranked as the 4th most popular country for freelancing. Online freelancing is one such opportunity, which at very low cost can ease the burden of the Government to provide jobs to each of its unemployed youth. Government of Balochistan, Science & IT department initiated DIGIBIZZ freelancing program for the youth of Balochistan in all public universities..

Our flagship program, DigiBizz, has been a remarkable success — providing students with hands-on digital and entrepreneurial skills, along with real earning opportunities with professional support from college management. Through DigiBizz, many of our students are not only learning but also earning, proving that education here leads to empowerment and independence.

We are also pleased to highlight the successful implementation of the DigiBizz Program, initiated by the Government of Balochistan’s Science & Information Technology Department. The program is currently running at Girls College Quetta Cantt, and we have found the students to be exceptionally talented, sharp, and motivated. Many of them are already earning a respectable income through freelancing and have become financially independent.
The college administration and staff have been extremely supportive in facilitating the DigiBizz Program, helping us ensure its smooth execution. Their cooperation has been instrumental in creating an enabling environment for the students’ growth in the digital economy.

Being a focal person in government girls post graduate college quetta cantt it had been an amazing experience. Thankful to the Government of Balochistan and director of Digibizz for launching the DigiBizz Program, a game-changer for girls in our region. As a focal person since March 2023, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the program’s impact firsthand. It’s been an amazing experience to see young girls empowered with digital skills, leading to financial independence. Notably, students from Government Girls Post Graduate College have earned up to $2000 through freelancing. I’m grateful for this opportunity and look forward to more initiatives like DigiBizz, fostering growth and opportunities for girls in our institution.
